We've never met Ted. My wife answered the telephone on a New Years Day. It was Ted on the line looking for a listing. She spoke with Ted for more than an hour. Since we were looking for a real estate agent to list and sell our property in Briargate of Colorado Springs, it was a deal at first conversation. We live in Southern California. I'm so amazed with Ted and his staff member Janet. They were so amazing selling our house. He hires a professional stager and photographer. He always called to check in on us and make sure things were still going well. He has a better incentive program for military than USAA. We also got more money than we thought we'd get.
